We can’t say enough about the professionalism and service we just received from OEL Air Conditioning. Wyatt was prompt, thorough and answered any questions we had. He went the extra mile with everything we requested. We started using OEL a year and a half ago when they were the only supplier who would help us on a hot Sunday after our AC broke down. They’ve been the most customer-focused people we’ve dealt with.
Wonderful experience. Gabriel came out same day and took care of my broken capacitor, totally reasonable price and very professional! He had all the parts on hand and left everything in good order. I'll definitely call again if we ever need any HVAC work!
UPDATE: Had another issue with an HVAC unit at my house, Gabe took a lot of time to carefully troubleshoot and diagnose the problem, breaking down and isolating each potentially problematic part. Even after regarding the compressor as the problem, Gabe kept going and it turned out the issue wasn't the compressor at all, but an Easy Start kit. I am so happy I found this company after moving to Florida back in 2022! I was very fortunate to get Gabe last year for my first a/c maintenance check up...and so happy that I had him again in 2024! Between him and Tammy from the office I am very, very pleased with OEL!!!
