“In 2006 I built a patio with Central Florida Landscaping (CFL), and in 2010 I added on a pool and a patio extension using another company. Within 2 years the NON-CFL patio sagged and required multiple adjustments and re-tamping of the dirt underneath the pavers. In sharp contrast the CFL-built patio was solid as a rock—no budging, no sagging, not even a loose paver.I’m using CFL again as we speak to build my new patio and looking at the amount of prep work they do as well as the thoroughness with which they do it I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend them because the quality is unmatched. I’ve seen the work done by other hardscape/landscape companies and there is no comparison.“

“my diy project is mill creek erosion control. i asked thomas to review my building plans to install a gabion retaining wall using duraweld pvc baskets filled with rip rap and landscaping to prevent further erosion along mill creek shoreline at the back of my lot. thomas did an outstanding review (at no cost) and provided many helpful suggestions on how to move the rip rap from the staging area to the work site, how to fill the fill the baskets, and how to landscape the back fill area with bahia sod and native plants. obviously, tom's suggestions saved me lots of dollars if i needed to hire an engineering firm. call him if you need similar help or you need his landscaping tune-ups services. he is the best !!!!“
