We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Alvarez Roofing. From the initial in person estimate to the completed project our expectations were exceeded. We received estimates from 4 reputable companies and all the quotes were in the same ballpark. Trey spent the time to walk our roof and accurately measure the square footage and the spent time to discuss our options and concerns. Our decision to go with Alvarez was based on Trey’s knowledge and honesty. The workmen were some of the hardest working people we’ve ever met and they were very respectful. They always greeted us with a smile and cleaned up every single day. Our roof took four days to complete as we needed a lot decking replaced and they kept us informed the whole time. My husband comes from a construction background and frankly can be quite critical, but he has nothing but the highest praises for this company and it’s employees. Thank you Alvarez Roofing! We have used Ancov for all our air ccconditioning needs. They show up when they say they will, and they are very courteous and polite. They always help me figure out what would be my best deal but yet something affordable. I couldn't imagine having any other company coming to fix anything air conditioned

These guys worked so quickly and did an amazing job!! Tom Connte the general manager was so friendly and helpful in getting their crew out quickly to take of our scheduled tree trimming over roof PLUS hurricane damaged limbs that were hanging precariously over our yard/drive way. 100% recommend this company. As a great bonus, their estimate was 75% less than the other 2 estimates we received ❤️. Definitely using mid florida every time we need maintenance.
Randy was wonderful but I don't think you should be asking me to tip him! It upset me. Maybe I'm wrong but it shocked me. This business isn't a restaurant. I've never heard of that before.
Super positive experience with Affordable Rescreening LLC. They were responsive, courteous, and consummate professionals. I called and left a voicemail requesting to replace portions of my screen covered lanais and Greg Wilson from Affordable Rescreening LLC immediately responded to my voicemail and provided an estimate and scheduled the service call. The price was reasonable and Greg installed my replacement screen within four days of my request. The process was easy peasy and my lanais looks amazing. I would definitely rely on Affordable Rescreening LLC for my future screen repairs.
