I brought a dress here in hopes they would know how to clean the dress & get the stains out, but when I arrived to pick up the dress, I was told therr was nothing they could do to get the stains out. I was charged $30 for nothing. I brought the dress home and got the stain out on my own.. Should have just done it myself in the first place. Maybe they are good for regular washing but I wouldnt use again, easier to do it on my own.

I was referred to this place told they might be able to help me with an alteration on an item.
The lady told me right off that NO the person that does alterations was on vacation, that was pretty much before I even got the item out of the bag.
For customer service not even have a nice day.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dry cleaners. The workers Georgetta and Deanne do not know what they are doing. It is unacceptable to post a sign that you get a discount when paying with cash and then not be given that discount. I also requested for all the pilling be removed from my trench coat and it looks the EXACT SAME. I'm beyond frustrated, update your system and get with it, it's 2023!! Will not be returning ever again.
