The reception lady at PMA LSL at 910 old camp rd. Ste 130 the villages ms. Destiny was most kind and helpful as I was unsure if I was in the right place. She is an asset to your practice. How about some proper signage for the front door.

I have been a patient with Premier Medical since 2016. They found my cancer, COPD, Both Knee replacements. I never have a problem with them making appointments or getting prescriptions filled. I never had a problem with rude people in their offices. I trust Dr. Sanjay Shah with my life.

I like Dr. Hardik Patel, but the billing department at Premier is unprofessional, unethical, and incompetent. Despite having two insurance policies, I have been inconsistently charged copays, whereas other medical facilities, including Premier previously, did not charge me at all. Recently, however, Premier has started requiring me to pay copays despite my second insurance. Additionally, I received a call from an overseas representative who provided false payment information, raising serious security and privacy concerns about outsourcing billing tasks.
