We, my wife and I, have known Ian for over 8 years. We were introduced via USAA when we came to Leesburg to look for a home. He worked with us until Ian found the very right house, we would call home for the next 8 years.When, recently it be came necessary to move close to our children, we called upon Ian again. He guided us on the minor repairs and priced our house based, not on “pipe dreams”, but real world value. With his guidance we sold our home in 3 days, over asking.We can’t thank Ian Drummond enough.

My wife and I visited the Mount Dora FL area over the weekend and Realtor Agent Karol McDermott showed us 4 locations. We had scheduled ahead of time. The scheduling was perfect - the preparation thorough - and here time and attention was certainly welcome. The effort to sign us was positive but not overbearing. We are not ready to buy yet but when we are - we will return to Karol.
