“I’ve been putting off having my tile cleaned for years and I finally took the plunge based on a recommendation. I’m so glad I went with this company because everything about the experience was A+, from our service person John, to the results of the job he did. They did all the tile in my house and I really wish I’d taken a picture before so I could compare the before and after. My tile and grout look brand now on this 17 year old house. Definitely read the bad reviews and WHY people left bad reviews before letting their overall rating deter you. The reasons, to me, weren’t great considering most of them didn’t even have the company do a job for them.“

“Brian Terry vinyl did the lanai at our house in The Villages.<br>After we closed on the house we noticed that the builders landscapers had sliced one of the screens while trimming.<br>Terry vinyl came out very promptly and replaced it.<br>The technician was very respectful and professional.<br>A great employee.<br>I’m having a brain fart, I can’t remember his name. ?‍♂️<br>One of the screen panels blew out recently from heavy winds.<br>They were very prompt again and the same technician came out and replaced it no questions asked.<br>We are going to have them do some work on the lanai in the future and would not even consider calling anyone else to do the work.<br>I highly recommend Brian Terry Vinal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
