441 Urgent Care Center - Sumter Landing

I came to this urgent care office on Good Friday, March 29 after an accident at home. The staff was professional and calm despite a busy waiting room. I received excellent care including a dozen stitches in my lower jaw. The wait was less than an hour and the treatment took most of another hour. I'm very pleased with the experience.

I called take sure they were open on a Sunday (Google said closed). They are open on Sunday. Sonja answered and confirmed they were ready to serve. Checkin was very brief since I had been before.The PA on duty was Jessica. The wait was very brief. She checked me out and created a prescription to help me manage Covid.The office and treatment room was clean, tidy comfortable.I am always pleasantly surprised how 'comfortable' it is to get healthcare at this location. WONDERFUL & LIFE-SAVING EXPERIENCE! It is now called Santos Urgent Care (which was a bit confusing at first since we thought it was called 441 Urgent Care and we might be in the wrong place). Took my sister there for dehydration. After a short wait, the nurse took us back, got a history, and started IV promptly knowing my sister was there for dehydration and she needed fluids. The nurse told us she had worked there for 7 years. Then the doctor came in and checked her all out. She was also diagnosed with positive COVID and no one treated her like she had the plague (like they did after she was admitted to the Ocala Regional (HORRIBLE) hospital later that night)! Everyone was very friendly and competent!!! Then later that night my sister got a call from the Doctor who treated her and told her she needed to go to the ER immediately because her sodium was so low. He was right and saved her life! Highly recommend this 441 Santos Urgent Care!!!
