Roland at PMI JCM Realty has definitely exceeded my expectations. He is by far the epitome of professionalism…… I initially reached out to my former realtor ( that’s also a property manager) that helped me purchase my first house while simultaneously reaching to other property management companies. I was helping my parents find a place in Tampa while still in Chicago. We had an impossible timeline and some difficult criteria. I contacted Roland about a property. From there on out he was responsive, courteous, and beyond helpful - the exact opposite of every other property manager I encountered during that search. He was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend using his services.
