I have given them the opportunity a few times (because of the insurance), but they never get it right and I don't have time to go back, waiting more days for their diagnosis to be correct.The treatment from the supervisor or manager is horrible, at least the one at the front desk is friendlier. “Today, the 16th of August, I visited the Warby Parker store at International Plaza. Long story but an exceptional person / employee of WP by the name of Matthew worked with me today. Not only was he kind enough to make me a future eye exam at a different WP location, he took the time to find me TWO pairs of the perfect RX glasses. To anyone reading this Review and looking for new glasses, try WP and ask for Matthew. Matthew is knowledgable, kind and has great energy. You will be well taken care of at your visit.“

“Just had to make a comment that the negative review here had NOTHING to do with Dr Hutchinson's care. It was a scheduling snafu... Dr Hutchison is so good I would endure ANY kind of scheduling issue! But I haven't had any problems in that area. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Hutchinson and also the Costco Optical area. Their pricing is way better than the stand alone independent optometrists and also the big well known Optical shops.“
