My first time visiting this shop I didn't have the best experience in terms of engagement with the employee behind the counter. When I returned to collect my items, there was a note afixed to them from the owner who had taken notice of my experience, appologized, and even offered a discount on the service. In addition to the note, the owner personally greeted upon arrival and addressed my experience directly. I appreciated the followup and would return in the future.

Amazing customer service!I came to pick up my clothes at 6:40pm after my work thinking they close at 7pm. To find out that they closed at 6pm on Tuesdays. He took me in and gave me my clothes and took great care of me! Thank you so much!
