My previous review gave five stars for the emergency services provided when we had a fridge leak that threatened to destroy our entire kitchen. Once again, we are giving Showalter five stars, but this time for their work in bringing our home back to life.Truly a team effort, Thea was diligent in working to secure the funds from the insurance company to start the work. Robert listened to our requests, answered all of our questions and set realistic expectations for the job. We were after a very specific flooring, an extra long plank LVP in a very specific tone, and Carrie delivered on locating the perfect product for our home.Upon arrival and throughout the duration of the job, Victor and his team were professional and exact in their work. Not only did they deliver an incredible final product, but Victor, Juan, Jeremiah and James were polite and patient with our family and dog as we in and out of their workspace.Everyone who comes in our home mentions how incredible everything looks. This team did not cut a single corner and worked to make every last piece of flooring, baseboard and trim they installed look complete and pristine. It is a testament to the standards this company holds.When Robert said he would work to make our house whole again, he truly meant it. Our rooftop deck was an unusable eyesore, and Landscape Fusion was able to get a variance approved by the city so that we could cover the space and make it an outdoor sanctuary. Being able to communicate and work with Tony has been a wonderful experience especially because I am the type of person to ask questions about everything that confuses me. Tony communicated clearly what was being done and why as well as answered my millions of questions. It was also wonderful to have someone who would clearly state when they had time so that I knew when to reach out and that I wasn't just being ignored. Vince has done some amazing work on their projects and Karl has gotten more creative and his vision for each project has gotten larger in both scope and ambition to make each project unique as well as challenging to test my son's skills as a tile and natural stone expert installer / designer / and craftsman.
