Communities have rules that are implemented by managers and staff, not all residents are happy with them but they are applied to all equally. “We had these guys come in a few days after we had our kitchen hoods cleaned. They opened up the roof fan and filters and took pictures of the blackened grease and dirt build up the other guys left.
