Unfortunately my A/C units drain lines are consistently clogged. As extremely frustrating and costly this is my A/C technician Nick was professional, kind and helpful. He explained in detail the work he did and provided me with options for the future. This kind of customer service is refreshing to see.
My technician Nik Stiffler from Ahoy Cooling and Heating was very professional and thorough with his job. I already had purchased an AC wall mount from Ahoy and it was leaking and he was able to fix the problem and clean everything and even after learning that the warranty did not cover a certain part he was able to help me and even had the price go down a little bit which I appreciate it. The ac is not leaking and blowing better air. Thank you for your patience with me Nic as I know clients can be a lot sometimes.
