I've been going to this office for years, for regular cleanings with no complaints. Then, the unthinkable happened. I fell and knocked out my left front tooth. The care I was shown during that tough time was tremendous and the treatment plan prices were very reasonable with insurance. I am glad to be under the care of this office, for the regular maintenance and the emergencies.

Advance Dental in Temple Terrace is a fabulous choice for me. The hygeinists are all professionals, gentle & efficient! Wait time is typically 5 minutes at most,receptionists are friendly & helpful with insurance matters.Dr. Herron is attentive, makes suitable suggestions that can be handled professionally & oh so gentle!I highly recommend Advance Dental in Temple Terrace.

I have been with them for over 15 years. They have completely changed. Cancel appointments without notifications twice. The last time I waited over a year. This time, I drove from Pasco to be told they called. They called once in the middle of my work. No emails or texts. But they can send texts out when they have people canceling and need it filled. Time to change.Update: I received a call with an apology and asked if they could get me in ASAP. I was not available that day, but the following day, I had my reschedule. They hygienist was very apologetic and kind. They did the job well.I appreciate them making it right so quickly and efficiently.
