WRIGHTS IMPACT WINDOW & DOOR

The workers were nice, fast job but left caulking blobs on the deck and chipped wood on steps by dragging a heavy piece of equipment down the stairs. I called and talked with at least 4-5 different people at the office in Tavernier who assured me someone would be out to see the damage and look at the double windows that don’t look right. No one has called back and no one ever showed up to take care of things. Once they got paid that was it. That was about 1-2 years ago. Not sure why you are contacting me now

My new door is wonderful and installation went smoothly. There was some confusion over final billing and inspection - areas the company should pay a bit more attention to. But Wright personnel did make sure it all worked fine in the end.

We had impact windows put in by Wrights Impact Windows and Doors. Although we had an unusual slow down in the delivery of the items, Wrights came up to the plate and made us happy with our choice. Jason their Vice President was great to work with, extremely pleasant to speak with and very responsive to our questions and inquiries. The impact windows from Wrights are top quality and the installation was great. The workmen got all our impact windows installed in a matter of hours. They were fast, efficient, and despite having to take out our 30 year old jalousie windows, put a screen around the work and we had little to no dust from the work.
