I live in an upscale apartment and when my apartment refused to take serious action after water damage and many units, I reached out to AAA myself. Bill answered the phone after hours, walked me through every detail, explained everything thoroughly calmed my fears and basically told me I didn’t need to hire them. told me how to handle it on my own and even when the apartment finally started doing things taught me how to work with the company that is here, who does this?
