Came down for vacation and on the last few days drove up to get a piece done and It is crazy how detailed and realistic his work is! Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and already looking forward to seeing him again next year! If you’re looking for a black and white realism tattoo artist rios is the guy to see! Pictures really don’t do his work justice and the pictures look damn amazing! Worth every penny spent!“
