The service is an acceptable one in a timing manner and clearly explained so you can make an informed decision. The only area I am not so happy is the billing process since it can get confusing. The staff at the office is very helpful but the administrative department for SAGE corporation is in a separate location and at times the information from the dentist office gets crossed by the information of the corporate office requiring you to contact the dentist office for clarification.
Hands down the best staff! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years, but then I found this office. They have been nothing but kind every time I come in. I come in for my 6 month cleanings every time now!
If you are scared about being judged or about the “stigma” at the dentist, I promise you, this office gives you no reason to be afraid! They are up front about every cost, the receptionists are wonderful, my dental hygienist is wonderful, etc. There truly isn’t anyone at this office that isn’t amazing! Could not recommend this office enough to anyone and everyone.
