Our property management company work's with Kipp's and they have been excellent to work with. They are responsive, well priced, and do good work. If we manage more properties in the area we will be having them service those properties as well!

I've had bad experiences with palmetto bugs, so when I saw 1, I freaked out! Called Kipp, and even though he was booked up, he took the time to come and spray the house. Thanks, Kipp!

I received a call from my exterminator that my water sprinkler was on and he fixed the timing issue which I was very thankful for. Kipps went above and beyond and for that we are so grateful for his services
