Sebastian and Bobby were both extremely helpful and serviced my home not once, but twice, with great professionalism. Even a third party contractor remarked that their work was far better than he is used to seeing for mold remediation. They finished ahead of schedule, and Sebastian even stayed after business hours to complete the second job by himself. Every department communicated well. Florida Fire & Flood has done great work and has convincingly earned this high rating.

We cannot say enough good about this company. We had a flood caused by a faulty irrigation sprinkler. Sebastian came out immediately and assessed and got to work. One night Sebastian and Jose worked til 2:30 a.m to be sure all was under control. Equipment was placed by Sebastian, Jose, Bobby, and Hunter. We had communication with Chris, Mike and Jake. All of them communicated with us. They were all very professional and caring. They finished the flood issue, now we will begin the repairs and we have confidence that will go well also.
