Great Guys! Took my call on short notice and fit me in as soon as possible. Didn't need to coordinate with them I just left instructions in the online portal and they did the rest.

I have to say my experience with Ray was great. He explained things that I wasn't clear on, and took his time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. He did a fantastic job concerning my inspection, and I would definitely refer him to anyone needing a home inspection. It was all positive.

I hired Florida Building Inspectorz for a home I'm purchasing. I have only great things to say about Ray, the inspector. He was on time, helpful and patient throughout the inspection. He went above and beyond to inspect the home. He even went as far as to suit up in coveralls and go into the crawl space for a thorough and detailed close up of the floor joists. I highly reccomend this company. 5 stars all the way.
