Friendly and very competent From first call about prepaid cremation services to the memorial service at Baldwin Bros. In Tavares.John DeClemente was very welcoming along with the staff. The memorial setting with the flower arrangement was done extremely well.
Losing my dad has been one of the hardest things I've had to deal with but Baldwin Brothers has been amazing. My dad had paid for all of his final arrangements while living in Florida. He was encouraged to get travel insurance and I definitely recommend. We had moved dad up to Delaware the last few months to care for him. After his passing I was able to give hospice a card with all of the information. John DeClemente was wonderful to work with and arranged for everything to be handled just 30 minutes from where I live. I didn't have any additional expenses and I certainly didn't have to worry.I highly recommend Baldwin Brothers.
John and Paulette are absolutely wonderful people. I have had to use their services twice in the last 60 days. They honored our family tremendously and helped us during a very difficult time. They were a true blessing to work with and with their guidance we made it through. Thank you for all you have done.
