Losing a loved one isn't easy, and as this was my first time actually in the process of it all I was a mess. These patient, kind people assisted me step by step in putting things in order. I was impressed with their calmness,organization and honesty. Not knowing that my aunt had already paid most of the bill, I went and paid it. They showed integrity by informing me a refund will be returned to me because my aunt had made a partial payment. Baldwins brothers also went by the initial price saving me hundreds.

My aunt, Cynthia, passed away before my family had a chance to make arrangements. She was put on Hospice just 2 weeks before her passing. The Hospice nurse recommended Baldwin Brothers as she was to be cremated. I have never before been in a position where I had to make funeral arrangements. Her daughter and I met with Daniel to make the arrangements. Daniel was very pleasant and kind. He was very honest and upfront with all the pricing, which I have to say, was not bad at all based on what I do know about funeral expenses. He made the whole process very painless. I felt very relieved and satisfied by the time our meeting ended with Daniel.
