Knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and guarantees the work. James identified more areas where rodents could enter our home than other companies. He was on time, and took care of the infestation immediately.
I was extremely satisfied with the service from Top Pest Elimination, Inc. and would highly recommend this company.James arrived on time and explained in detail what service he would be performing. I have used so called pest companies in the past and the technicians have not been trained and did not provide the service I received from James.James treated the inside and then continued to treat the outside. He was here over an hour and was not just in and out like most technicians. He answered all my questions and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and I now will be using Top Pest Elimination, Inc.
Top Pest have been amazing! James is so efficient and comes in a very reasonable time to address any concerns I have. I use him for my residential property and my rentals. I am very happy with him and he works great with my tenants too! Highly recommend trying Top Pest....you won’t be disappointed!!
