I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Stay Fit Personal Training. I usually avoid and skip those ads but this one seemed to speak directly to me! Over 50, low energy, losing muscle tone, and more! So I made the call! I spoke to Roy, the owner! The best call I have made in a long time! I have been in the program for 5 weeks, I feel better, stronger and more full of life than I have in a long time! Roy is very professional and listens to your needs and then places you on a plan specific for you even though there are others in your class. I'm going into my last week of the 6 week women 50+ program with Roy and I have learned so much about my body, nutrition, correct form, etc...I would highly recommend this program. These are tools I'll be able to continue using with my at home workout routine.
Kate is amazing! I've been working with her for a few months now. I feel stronger than I ever have. I have even seen a drop in my A1C...which is incredible!
