As a business owner, and since your rating is currently 3.9 stars I am rating this a 4 only to not sink your Google rating.But let me be clear. You need to fire barefoot-hanging-out-the-window guy who is clearly on drugs and drives like a maniac.Apparently 2+ years ago another person who has never used your business gave you a 1-star rating for this exact employee road raging with his foot out the window.Is it your fault? The first time, no. Maybe not even the second time. The week of Christmas and we have an emergency electrical situation. I call and talked to John and he fit me in the same day. Aaron showed up about an hour after I called and got right to work on fixing the problem. He finished the big problem (our house wasn't grounded to a grounding rod) ... then he asked what other issues we were having. He fixed every issue with a smile and was even willing to explain why we had the issues we were having. Bottom line is, speedy + thorough + great rates = will not hesitate to call them again.
