From the front desk to Chris and Dr. Brandon our experience was excellent. We've had several dachshunds over the years and unfortunately too many badly run vet offices and money hungry doctors. These guys are different, they're terrific!! Thank you!!

Always been great with our own dog since being a pup, a German Shepherd (who are notoriously hard to handle at a vet's office), however they have been absolutely great with him! & as he is well trained - he has been great to them also.When he was diagnosed as a puppy with hip dysplasia, the vet put out a giant search for a cure, without doing massive (and $$$ surgery); and she came back with a great supplement that has kept him on par with any other shepherd for... going on 5 years now. We just added a new fur baby to our family. The team at St. Francis Pet Care Center was able to get us in within 24 hours, which was extremely important to us because he was rescued by a family and hadn’t had an exam, vaccines, etc.They were very professional and knowledgeable, but also took the time to make us and the kitten comfortable, so much so, they weren’t able to hear his heartbeat too clearly because he was purring so hard … not kidding, he purred through bloodwork, three vaccines and a dewormer.They also participate in a program that allows us to save on exams, nail trimmings, and anything else that he needs.
