We've used Phoenix for about a year and the initial service tech was great, but Austin Mercer, is simply amazing! We've had him the last two visits and he has provided outstanding services! I hope you all recognize him for doing a job well done!
We have been using Phoenix PestManagement since 2017, never had a bug or any creatures. The tech’s alway work with you on timing and listen to you. We have a newer tech Austin Mercer he is the best of them all. If your looking for a Pest Management call and ask for Austin.
Great job catching and removing our armadillo in one night. Came out the same day and was back the next morning for removal. Tom was excellent helping understand what to do to prevent another armadillo squatter.
