Had an emergency post tropical storm Debbie where my blower "blew"! Other than having to wait 2nights and 1 day without cooling for the part to arrive, technician was here as soon as the part arrived. Warranty covered parts and labor! Would have gotten 5 stars if I had been lent a window unit overnight like when I had it all installed…update* ac encountered some pressure issues after topping off refrigerant, came out the next day and had it blowing cold immediately! Nicholas is very professional and knowledgeable!
Austan was very professional, provided great service and showed up very quickly! He diagnosed the problem quickly, educated and showed us the faulty part and what needed to be replaced and what the part does. In addition, with being on call and working a long day, he had a positive attitude and was very nice! Great employee and asset to your company!
Called for an emergency service call on a Sunday. Was given a 4 hour window but Austan arrived at the very beginning of the time frame. He called twice to let me know his ETA. Austan was super polite and knowledgeable. He quickly located my AC issue and had the part on hand. He took the time to explain the issue and described how the malfunctioning part needed to work. He worked quickly and efficiently and had my AC running shortly. We will definitely be reaching out to One Hour again when needed and will specifically request Austan. Very happy customers!
