Respect to the company, it is led with integrity. These guys were installing a roof on my neighbor's house across the street and drove a big truck through my beautiful saint augustine grass. I called the company and they were apologetic. I told them that I didn't want anything just for them to make sure that they don't do it again as they were still working on the project. The next day the project manager came to me and admitted to doing it himself. He never really apologized or said he was sorry, but he manned up to it, so I took that as an apology and told him that I respect him for coming to me and I'd take care of it.
