Elise is an incredibly skilled massage therapist. She is unique in that she has a superior understanding of anatomy, so she is able to pinpoint your pain and knows exactly how to alleviate it. She can feel where the painful trigger points are without being told. She does deep tissue massage, fascia, and scar tissue work on me, but she can do anything you need. I’ve been seeing her monthly for five years. She is absolutely essential to my pain management plan. Her bedside manner is full of love, empathy, and positivity. She is an absolute joy to be around.
