I went to get my Christmas nails done and I was so impressed by the women's work( sorry I cant remember her name) It was last min that I ask her if she could do snow flakes on 2 nails and she was happy to do it. Cindy and staff are AMAZING I'll never go any where else. Thx You Cindy and staff
My daughter and I tried this salon out for the first time yesterday, and we LOVED it! We booked an appointment for acrylic nails and an eyebrow wax. Cindy was very friendly, and immediately made me feel relaxed and welcome at her salon. Mia did my daughter's nails and we are very happy with her professional services. We have been on the hunt for quite some time now for a local salon we felt delivered excellent customer service, and quality products. I can say with confidence, our search is over, and this is now our forever nail salon!! I will definitely recommend to all my friends/family!
BEWARE I had a horrible experience with the owner, Cindy, because all she did since I met her at her salon was complain! She complained that my husband pick the wrong type of service for me(he works local and likes to support local businesses so this is how I came to this salon because he got me two gift certificates to try this Allure Salon & Nails by Cindy Slater equaling $75) I called for two consecutive weeks no appointments. Then finally my husband went in person again and they gave him an appt for me on the last hour of the day on a Sat. Well it took longer than a regular pedicure/manicure Cindy let me hear it(your husband did not make the right appointment because you need more time) then picking up the gel polish was a challenge too because every time I picked a color Cindy came back and said that the polish was too new so I became very undecided which one to pick apparently that was my fault too. So $75 dollars in and I’m getting complains about my husband for making the wrong appointment and about me for not picking a color fast enough not to mention at the end I paid extra $35 now $110 for 2.5hrs total and I was like let me see if this was just an off day n I’ll try them again. Next time I went I found a gel color I loved but decided to go with the “matching regular polish” for my toes since they claim “it’s the match”that comes with the gel color polish. Turns out it did not match AT ALL so my toes looked way different to my hand nails. Then Cindy says I can come Monday to re-do toes so they can match. I am thinking since it was not my fault that the color they say “matches” the gel color didn’t match at all that Cindy will cut me a break and charge me half price for the do over. Literally was there Saturday now is Monday and not even 48hrs later I’m having to get my toes re done so they match. Turns out my friends that the polish not matching was my fault too and “my choice” so Cindy charged me full price for the do over claiming is not her fault that the “matching” nail polish isn’t the matching color and that she hopes I understand as she walked off to the back of the business etc. I explained it is not my fault either but you can have your money and I will not be coming back. I never got a detailed account of the charges either, I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted! I guess they just picked the most expensive one they have. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Oh and I’m a second language English speaker(1st language Spanish). Cindy and her partner keep talking in their own native language the whole time they’re servicing you completely ignoring the fact that that is also completely RUDE as well.
