Kim has done several jobs for us in the last year. He is a very good over all handy man. Kim laid wood flooring and painted both of our houses. He has grouted tile, and put decorative rock around our fireplace. Today Kim replaced the screen door, fixed a wooden fence, and replaced the screen on our porch. Kim always cleans up after himself and is very friendly with our dogs. Life would much harder without our handy man!

Have had two jobs done by Your Nearby Handyman LLC. Had the gutters cleaned in October 2022. Today had the outside windows and screens cleaned, as well as installing new fire alarms in the house. This will be my "go to" for taking care of household chores I can no longer do myself. Thanks for a great job!
