Shaun helped me a lot. Dont know much about landscaping but h and Amber helped me out. Will come back in a month or so for.more materials. Side note: I brought my kids in with me and they were awesome with them. However, I would have stayed longer it was just too hot for the kids and I.
I usually don't give reviews but Shaun's customer service was amazing. I must point out that it was extremely hot inside felt hotter than outside. I was only there for a few minutes I feel bad for the poor employees that have to be there all day.
I visited Horizon a few days ago and was really impressed with the customer service—Shaun and Amber were both fantastic! They were friendly, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. However, I couldn’t help but notice how hot it was inside the building. It seems like there’s no air conditioning, and both customers and employees were clearly uncomfortable. I really feel for the staff having to work in those conditions. They did an amazing job despite the heat, but I hope something can be done to improve the environment for everyone.
