We ordered 1 x 3 part slider, cat 5 double glazed. I will give my overall experience a 4.5. The quality of the product is as promised and high quality. The installation was completed in a professional manner. Unfortunately, due to lack/miscommunication we didn’t get the handle we exactly expected re: function of door. Our QA Consultant has proactively taken our feedback regarding this factor. There was also a delay with initial installation as the product sent out was far too small by 16-18 inches (I have questions re: manufacturer QA procedures). Very professional from start to finish. Installers showed up right on time, got the work done in much less time that I thought it would take and cleaned up everything. All in all a great experience!
