Both are not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled in their respective fields. My husband and I initially decided to upgrade my ring, and I purchased what I thought was my dream ring. While I loved it, something didn’t feel quite right—the halo overwhelmed the center stone. I had envisioned a halo that would subtly accentuate the ring, not overshadow it. Enter Mollie, who completely understood my vision. She worked her magic, using my existing band (which I absolutely loved) to create an absolute masterpiece. The result was beyond anything I could have imagined—it perfectly captured everything I wanted in a ring. And that’s not all! Mollie repurposed my original halo and diamond to create a stunning necklace, so I could still cherish that part of my ring. She even added halos to my diamond studs, making them even more beautiful. The execution was flawless, and the entire experience was seamless. Their office space is beautiful, adding an extra touch of elegance to the process. 5 stars does not even come close to reflecting the amazing service at Westshore Diamond & IGS Appraisal! Mollie is absolutely phenomenal and so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had an appointment to have four of my rings appraised. Mollie appraised the items right there in front of me and was so kind and spoke with me throughout the process. She was also very transparent which I really appreciated as I have found that very difficult to find among other jewelers when it comes to higher value jewelry items. I highly recommend anyone that has any jewelry needs to check out Mollie at Westshore Diamond & IGS Appraisal. You will not regret it!
We recently used Westshore Diamond for our wedding band purchases and were sooo happy with the process. Specifically we worked with Natalie who was amazing!! She was able to help me put my vision to life and create a beautifully custom wedding band and helped us stay within budget. She also resized my engagement ring and got her nice and clean for the big day. The space is so cute and unique which makes it that more fun when picking out/designing jewelry. I would highly recommend them. We plan to use Natalie more in the future :)
