Dr. Thigpen has a wonderful staff, the best I have come across in a while. Dr. Thigpen is very nice. He also listened to me and then explained the procedure thoroughly. I am just beginning so I haven't done the procedure yet, but I am very pleased so far.
I had an excellent experience at West Coast Jaw Surgery with Dr. Thigpen and his entire team. From the very beginning, the care was both professional and compassionate. I chose to have my wisdom teeth removed under sedation, and it was the best decision—I don’t remember a thing from the procedure and simply woke up when it was all done. My recovery has been surprisingly smooth: no significant swelling, no complications, and outstanding follow-up. I truly appreciated Dr. Thigpen’s personal phone call on the same day of the surgery to check on me. He also prescribed some extra medication just in case I needed it during recovery. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Thigpen and his staff for turning what could have been a traumatic experience into something calm, safe, and stress-free. I highly recommend them!
