Watertight Roofing replaced a roof for us in Westchase in 2015. They did an excellent job at competitive pricing. Fast forward to now ... we purchased a home in Odessa which also had it's roof replaced in 2015. And then we found a small leak. We called Shaun Bernstein to take a look to see what he could do. Given the age of the roof, Shaun recommended calling the contractor who replaced the roof in 2015. He figured they might honor the warranty for us. If they wouldn't, Shaun said to call him for the repair. Well, Shaun was right. They are fixing the leak under the warranty. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Shaun putting the customer first. After coming to my home, inspecting the problem and providing an estimate, Sean called me to schedule an appointment. Though I was at work, he and his crew went to my home and fixed the problem. I was very happy with their service and prices, and recommend this company to others.
