Today, the 16th of August, I visited the Warby Parker store at International Plaza. Long story but an exceptional person / employee of WP by the name of Matthew worked with me today. Not only was he kind enough to make me a future eye exam at a different WP location, he took the time to find me TWO pairs of the perfect RX glasses. To anyone reading this Review and looking for new glasses, try WP and ask for Matthew. Matthew is knowledgable, kind and has great energy. You will be well taken care of at your visit.
Absolutely thrilled with my experience here that started at a Warby Parker in Salt Lake City! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, the selection of frames is actually quite extensive they have several options they don’t have room to display but many frames come in different color-ways and widths. Will be a customer for life!
My experience was top notch! The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. I walked in with a list of frames and they pulled everyone and helped me narrow it down. The process was easy and painless. Highly recommend!
