I had the pleasure of working with Danielle this past weekend. She was not only very knowledgeable in the stone I was interested, but was a true pleasure to work with and took away the stress and feeling a bit overwhelmed & actually made this process quite enjoyable. Our contractor sent us to many stone places, none of which really had what we wanted. We ended up stumbling into UMI, which not only had a far better selection, but also had employees that seemed to care about the customer’s time and happiness. Danielle assisted us, and she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She went above and beyond to help us, answering all of our questions and concerns.
