I had the pleasure of working with Danielle this past weekend. She was not only very knowledgeable in the stone I was interested, but was a true pleasure to work with and took away the stress and feeling a bit overwhelmed & actually made this process quite enjoyable. I hope Danielle receives the recognition she so greatly deserves.

Our contractor sent us to many stone places, none of which really had what we wanted. We ended up stumbling into UMI, which not only had a far better selection, but also had employees that seemed to care about the customer’s time and happiness. Danielle assisted us, and she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She went above and beyond to help us, answering all of our questions and concerns. It’s nice to see that there are still kind people out there that care about the customer and have understanding and patience, especially when contractors are looking to take advantage of their client’s misfortune and try to double and triple their profits. @Tropical Cabinetry we are lucky to have Kevin Falcon representing UMI Tampa. The customer service is excellent! Kevin has gone above and beyond to help make sure our customers are completely happy! Their product selection is great! They are my first choice for our kitchens!
