Scott came out and was great and knowledgeable and assured me that the treatment plan will be effective and safe around my pets. Charlie who did the treatment was also amazing especially with my dog. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was treated thoroughly.
Jimmy is amazing! He came in today, got on the roof, took pictures, sat down and explained the whole process to me. Sadly had to meet him due to a rat issue, but I so appreciate him coming the same day. Also very nice. Super sweet to my two dogs too.
I’ve been a Truly Nolan customer for a few years. A bug free home is a challenge in Florida, but Truly Nolan consistently gets the job done. Technician Nick is on top of things. He asks questions and provides solutions to any one-off issues. For instance, we started seeing bagworms around the baseboards of our home. During a service visit, I asked Nick about these pesky bugs. He inspected the interior of the house and suggested a dusting of a non-toxic insecticide around the baseboards. Two treatments did the trick. Good call, Nick!
