I was a little nervous to book my appointment having gone for eyebrow and back waxes in the past that had left me with less than satisfactory results. Nicole completely put my mind at ease and provided a comfortable, relaxing environment without judgement. The area I wanted completed is a “problem” area for me specifically and other salons I have visited in the past left me feeling an incomplete service had been performed. I've never had any waxing done. I was a little skeptical in doing so, but Nicole reassured me everything would be ok. She explained to me what I was going 2 have done and how she was going to do it. She was very informative about the whole process. She always kept me calm due 2 me being so NERVOUS. It was a great experience and I will be returning.
