The owner (Numi) came out and designed our closet & pantry needs. After customary wait the installation Was fast and without problems.The gentlemen installing (Hector) was great. His work was top notch and he displayed a great attitude when we asked him to make a change / adjustment on the fly. No complaining at all he thought it through and made a nice adjustment that we will forever appreciate. This was a easy process and it was easy to deal with this company and its people. Highly recommend.
The Tailored Closet / Premier Garage installers, Damian and Kevin arrived on time yesterday and today to install our custom home and garage closets. Both men displayed professionalism and extreme skill. Our sales rep, Jake, was very helpful with the design process (it can be overwhelming), and he was highly honest and patient, as we made multiple changes to the original plans priotmr to installation, and all were met with kindness and a willingness to please the customer. We had met with some other custom closet contractors and The Tailored Closet stood way out from the rest in quality, design and yes...price. Used Tailored closet for our house remodel. Numi Brennan and team built 7 closets and mud room cubbies. Difficult with supply chain and labor issues but Numi kept us informed and ensure job was done right. Price was great and quality was first rate. I would highly recommend Tailored Closet.
