I started today as a new patient in The Joint with Dr Shane. I choose him specifically because of a prior review. I was nervous because of the pain I've been having for so many months. He went above and beyond in further going over my MRI I provided. He explained all the techniques and areas he wanted to focus on. I forgot how good it felt to feel normal again ! He gave me a treatment script of his recommendations moving forward. I accepted. He will become my referral to everyone! Compassion is priceless. Office experience . Thank you for taking care of me!

I highly recommend. I have health insurance but it's hard to get all you need after injury especially because you need referrals constantly and places only treat one small area at a time. Here, they treat you overall as you need and it's so inexpensive I don't know how they stay in business tbh. Also no need to make appointment and can do walk ins. What a relief it has been!

Dr. Shane is wonderful!! I’ve been experiencing neck pain radiating into my right shoulder & arm for longer than I care to admit and he has been working so hard to help me get some relief. He looked over my previous imaging and even ordered a new X Ray to help me get to the root cause of it. He’s shown me exercises/stretches that I can do at home to help. You can tell he honestly cares and wants to see me feeling better.
