Benny is phenomenal. Hands down better than any doctor I've ever seen who charged me thousands of dollars to tell me they couldn't help me. Benny is incredibly professional and intuitive while still making you feel at home with his witty sense of humor. I suffer from chronic pain due to a CSF leak resulting from 2 MVAs and The Human's Mechanic is what I've been searching for the past 2 years. My first massage was a great balance of relaxing and restorative while he figured out where I hurt and explained to me how he was going to help me heal. I would absolutely recommend you to give him a try.

Just started working with Benny. Had first appointment and realized significant pain relief from a back/shoulder/neck issue. Benny did a great job of locating the problematic area and working to relieve pressure. It is a bit painful but most things are that are worth their salt. Definitely going to book again.

Benny is a healer through and through. The way he works is indescribable, but the phrase "pain is weakness leaving the body" comes to mind. He has a wealth of knowledge about the human body and an understanding like nobody I have ever met. The relief he provides lasts and is sustained by his direction for follow-up stretches and exercises. I've already started referring all my friends, and the responses have been "amazing" and "he is a legend". I could go on, but just book an appointment and you'll see what I mean.

Welcome to the Human’s Mechanic. This is a Private Membership Association you can join, to fix the pain that is impacting your lifestyle. Benny is a skilled healer who uses Structural Bodywork to address any type of issue you may have. Having experienced debilitating pain because of his own injuries, he has an excellent idea of where to find the root of your issues. It’s not “spa” massage. It’s therapeutic healing. The session is straight to the point and often focuses on the issue itself. Very rarely do we do a “full body session.” Utilizing very focused deep tissue work, myofascial release and an intimate knowledge of the body, the massage will slowly unwind many issues that you have.
