Very pleased with my service. Was only without air for 1 day. Prompt scheduling , diagnosing and repairing. Eric arrived and got right to work. He kept me abreast of of he was doing and what the problem was. Glad he had the necessary part to fix it. Was fixed in under 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend. Thank you Comfort Authority & Eric.

I have had The Comfort Authority out to my house four times in the last year and they have all been wonderful every time. I got a new A/C unit installed last year and the customer service I experienced was the best I’ve ever had from any industry. They kept me informed every step of the way and were extremely customer focused. Within the last two weeks I’ve had two excellent HVAC techs out and today I got a plumbing inspection from plumber Eric C. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly and he educated me on all things plumbing in my home. If you need a plumber I highly recommend Eric C from The Comfort Authority. He will not disappoint!

I bought my AC 5 years ago. Everyone that has come out has been so nice. Chase came today and was so nice and after I told him I had to leave in a little over an hr he was finished at the exact time. Well done!
