Tech Anthony was absolutely first rate. Changed out a 40 gallon water both properly and safely in a minimal amount of time. Don't know his salary rate but he is probably worth twice what he is being paid! While I know they aren't the cheapest in town they usually manage to have the right parts and some good help when needed badly.

Not just on time, Mike was early. He assessed the situation, provided three viable options and set about completing the job quietly and quickly. When another issue presented itself, Mike adjusted the solution to accommodate for the additional workload and still completed the entire repair in the original timeframe. Very pleased with the results.
