I have wasted a lot of time trying to get spline from Lowe's & Home Depot to work for an enclosure circa 1963. Diana knew the size I needed and let me take a sample to confirm. Perfect! It fits because it is the right size. The other places do not have that size.

They had me at family owned! It is hard to find companies especially in skilled labor that are locally owned by family. Richard and his son Ricky have been a pleasure to work with. The office manager, Diana, is attentive to your questions and concerns. They are so busy but she still manages to take the time to call back and advise you of this and what is going on. She went over designs with me and recommended various things within my budget. The composite roof and panoramic screen were the biggest recommendations that I am so happy we decided to go with. My Birdcage was installed by my pool company which hired Tampa Screen and Aluminum. I have been working with Diana to get my screen repaired and let me tell you how top-notch her customer service skills are. I am a Retired Disabled Veteran and I know I can be hard to work with at times but Diana never got upset at me or stopped returning my calls. I appreciate her patience but most of all taking the time to help me get my screen fixed. If anyone is thinking about getting work done for the birdcage or porch.
